Privacy notice
This site collects as little personal data as it can. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. The only personal data it asks for is what you choose to type into the contact form.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of Upfront Sales Packs ("we", "us"). You can contact us through the contact form.

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. The typefaces and images are served from this site's own server, so visiting a page does not send your details to any font, image or analytics provider. Because no non-essential cookies are used, there is no cookie banner.
Who else handles your data
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and stores contact form submissions on our behalf, as our data processor. Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers are protected by the safeguards UK GDPR requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
- Our email provider receives copies of form submissions so we can reply, again as our processor.
We would only otherwise disclose your data if the law required it.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it, or to delete it;
- object to our using it, or ask us to restrict its use;
- withdraw your consent to updates at any time, without affecting anything done before;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format, where the law provides for it.
To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and choose "A request about my personal data". We will reply within one month. There is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
Keeping your data secure
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are held in an access-controlled account, and only the people who answer messages can see them.
Children
This site is written for adults buying or selling property and is not intended for children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us.
Links to other websites
The guides link to government, legal and industry sources. Those websites have their own privacy notices, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this notice
If we start to collect anything new, or change how we use data, we will update this notice before doing so and change the date at the top.
